We are seeking an RN for our Employee/Occupational Health Clinic at Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC), located in beautiful northwest Arizona.
Position Purpose:
As the RN for Employee/Occ Health, you’ll play a key role in providing clinical support, coordinating care, and maintaining smooth operations in a busy and dynamic environment.
Hours/Shift:
Full-Time / Days M-F 7:30 a - 3:30 p

Key Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the provider, provides professional nursing care for clinic patients in compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
Triage patients by phone or in person, receiving and implementing telephone physician orders, maintaining clinical communication in a dynamic environment.
Assists providers and staff in coordinating patient care for both clinic and procedures, functioning as primary liaison between clinic patients, staff and providers.
Qualifications
Education:
Associate's degree in nursing or graduate of a nursing diploma program
Certification/Licensure:
Current AZ RN license or compact state
BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Completion of a Qualified Urine Collector Course and of an Authorized Operator and Calibration Technician Evidential Breath Tester Program
Experience:
1 to 2 years of experience in a hospital business or physician office environment or 1 to 2 years of patient care, preferably in an Emergency Room, and 1 to 2 years of phlebotomy/IV experience. Knowledge of hospital and employee health procedures as related to collections.
Work Environment:
Ability to distinguish color, lift to 50 pounds, walk/stand 90% of day, frequent working/reaching above or below shoulder level, and frequent bending, squatting, and kneeling. Ability to perform CPR, use standard office equipment, effective customer relations skills, ability to communicate orally and in writing, knowledge of case management, and injury care. This role involves routine exposure to clinical environments, including potential contact with blood/body fluids and occasional exposure to other occupational hazards.
