Responsibilities Under the supervision of a registered nurse, the licensed vocational/practical nurse medical surgical assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. Consistently performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.
Minimum Requirements
Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License in state practicing
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
