Overview
Discovery ABA is passionate about improving the lives of children with autism. We work closely with parents and other service providers to teach parents how to further support their child’s development. Our goal is to provide each child with the learning skills they need to succeed in all areas of life, through a comprehensive 1:1 learning environment in the comfort of the child’s home.
Responsibilities
Work under a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy for clients with autism.
Tailor sessions to each client’s needs and abilities, helping them gain new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Provide quality clinical services in schools, homes, and other settings while documenting client progress.
Participate in continuous training opportunities to sharpen and expand ABA therapy skills.
Qualifications
Current state RBT certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week.
Eagerness to make a difference in our clients’ lives and advance professionally.
