American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring a TN or compact license, with at least two years of L&D experience and night shift availability. Responsibilities
Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting Triage assessments, inductions, cesareans, external versions, NSTs, circumcisions, newborn resuscitation and stabilization, and magnesium sulfate administration performed Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week (18:45-07:15) Weekend coverage and call required Floating to other units within skill set is required Uses Epic EMR, with 1 year of experience required Not open to first‑time travelers Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; candidates located 50‑99.9 miles away are considered with adjusted compensation Provide labor and delivery care, participate in special procedures, and support newborn stabilization Team members float only within demonstrated competencies Requirements
Active TN or compact RN license required Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate required At least two years of L&D experience required; will consider at least one year of recent experience in the unit At least one year of Epic EMR experience required Two professional references required for consideration Benefits
