Description
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, this position will perform an advanced level of report generation and provide administrative Pharmacy and EHR support. This position will work across the organization with Pharmacy, Third Party Administrators, quality, providers, operations, nursing, finance, IT and department leads to ensure TCCH meets and sustains pharmacy program requirements. Under the direct guidance Director of Pharmacy, this position will perform intermediate-level application support.

8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay:
$28.84-$33.63/hr.; up to $38.94/hr.
Requirements Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Management or related field preferred. Equivalent relevant experience may substitute for degree.
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum, of 2 years of experience working in a group practice, outpatient/inpatient or health plan setting.
Strong knowledge of clinic, pharmacy operations, pharmacy, quality assurance and quality improvement processes.
Must be able to research data, possess analytical skills, and collate information in an understandable, organized and logical format.
Required Licenses/Certifications
Pharmacy Technician License
Valid Driver’s License with proof of insurance
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Electronic Pharmacy and Medical Health Record systems experience preferred.
Detail oriented.
Ability to use clerical and numerical skills in preparing documents from raw data.
Ability to create, monitor, and maintain data reports from Pharmacy and EHR Systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite., especially Excel and Word
Skill in teamwork dynamics, both as a member and leader.
Skill in carrying out detailed work plans.
Familiar with 340B Program

Act as a Pharmacy Technician as needed.

Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a department/unit team inter and intra-departmentally to facilitate the department’s/unit’s ability to meet its goals and objectives
Schedule and manage all technician and clerical staff.
Ability to carry out all other duties as assigned.
