USPI Durango Outpatient Surgery Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) OR Circulator – Full‑time. A $5,000 sign‑on bonus is available.
Job Summary USPI Durango Outpatient Surgery Center is a high‑volume, fast‑paced, multi‑specialty ambulatory surgery center in Las Vegas, NV. The center offers a full range of surgical procedures, including bariatrics, colorectal, general surgery/robotics, GI, OB/Gynecology, sports medicine, orthopedics, pain management, podiatry, and spine. The RN OR circulator will work a Monday‑Friday schedule with no on‑call, nights, weekends, or holidays.
Responsibilities
The RN OR circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
The RN positions, prepares, and circulates the case.
Provides excellent customer service, multitasks, shows flexibility, maintains infection‑control standards, professional competencies, and works as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.
Assists patients through inpatient stay and basic care needs under direction of an RN.
Schedule Monday‑Friday work schedule; no on‑call, nighttime, weekend, or holiday hours.

Required Skills
Graduate from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
Current unrestricted RN license to practice in Nevada.
At least 1 year of experience as a circulator in general surgery. Experience with DaVinci Robot cases is a plus.
ACLS and PALS certification.
