Job Summary:
The Children’s Crisis Respite QMHP is responsible for ensuring the provision of recovery‑focused, person‑centered care with a trauma‑informed perspective. In this dynamic environment, you will perform case management, assessment, and service coordination work based on program guidelines. Your duties may include providing continuity of care, supervising and ensuring the safety of assigned youth, implementing the program schedule, conducting therapeutic recreational activities, arranging transport to community outings, maintaining a clean and orderly respite house, linking consumers and families to needed resources, and coordinating, monitoring, and updating services and consumer goals. Additional roles include skills training, crisis prevention, and community outreach. As a team member within the children’s crisis respite unit, you will utilize assessment, multidisciplinary coordination, and efficient, clinically appropriate use of agency resources, collaborating with consumers, first responders, and community stakeholders to address immediate mental health crises and plan for future relapse prevention. Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned, and a flexible work schedule may be required. Education
Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
License
Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Hours Position:
Part‑Time
Workdays Saturday – Sunday
Work Hours 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Salary Compensation:
$24.18 – $25.39 per hour based on education plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
