Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Personal Care Living
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus for positions 16+ hours/week!
Compensation: $21.53-$26.88/hour, excluding shift differentials and dependent upon experience.
Current Opportunities
Part-Time Evening Shift 2:00pm-10:30pm - 6 days per bi-weekly pay period (Personal Care Unit)
Part-Time Day Shift 8:00am-12:00pm - 6 days per bi-weekly pay period (Memory Support Unit)
Primary Responsibilities
Administer personal hygiene, nursing care, treatment and therapeutic measures according to physician's instructions, accepted nursing standards, and QPRC policies.
Document medications, treatments, and conditions of residents; complete all required written documentation accurately and timely.
Appropriately use and maintain all medical supplies/equipment.
Order supplies for residents and the nursing station as needed.
Continually assess residents' health status; report changes to Memory Support Coordinator and carefully document changes.
Handle emergency resident situations effectively.
Update the Plan of Care for each resident as conditions change; demonstrate competency in assessing, planning, implementing, delivering, and evaluating care of residents.
Assist all residents to reach self-care potential, treat and communicate with dementia residents, and modify own behavior in response to a resident's behavior.
Utilize effective verbal and written communication skills with all staff, residents and visitors.
Give accurate, concise, and complete shift reports.
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (copy required)
Current Pennsylvania LPN License
Current CPR certification (QPRC will provide)
