$75,000 – $90,000 annually for master’s‑level clinicians; $90,000 – $105,000 for doctoral‑level clinicians (DOE)

About ACP:
ACP has delivered evidence‑based mental health services since 1980, serving adults and seniors in long‑term care facilities, assisted living communities, group homes, transitional units, and board and care residences. Clinicians collaborate with other health professionals and focus on trauma‑informed care within residential settings.
About The Role As a Mental Health Therapist, you will deliver high‑quality psychotherapy and mental health services to adults experiencing diverse mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence‑based therapy and mental‑health interventions.
Travel to various medical and community settings to reach clients who may have barriers to accessing traditional in‑office care.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other health‑care professionals.
Monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
What We’re Looking For
Master’s or Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
Active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC.
Strong clinical skills and a passion for working with diverse and older populations.
Commitment to culturally responsive care and integrated health models.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
