Mental Health Therapist – Arizona (Part‑Time)
We’re looking for a licensed mental‑health clinician to deliver remote, evidence‑based therapy to adult clients (18+). This role offers a flexible, part‑time schedule with a focus on quality care and professional growth.

About the Role Responsibilities
Deliver remote, evidence‑based therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, MI).
Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approach.
Collaborate with mental‑health providers and refer clients when appropriate.
Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
Requirements
Licensed in Arizona (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist PhD/PsyD).
Minimum 2 yrs of clinical experience with adults.
At least 6 months teletherapy experience.
Available 8‑24 hrs/wk, 85% client time.
Available 1 hr/week first 6 weeks for training, then 30 min/month ongoing support.
Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ‑9).
Experience with electronic health records for notes, plans.
In good standing with governing licensing board.
Interview Process

Clinical Interview – 45 min video.
