Schedule Monday‑Friday. Start time between 6:00am‑7:00am
Pay Base Rate: $65,000‑$67,200 (Masters), $69,400‑$73,800 (LADC‑1), $77,100‑$88,000 (LMHC/LICSW). Ranges depend on licensure and experience. This is a salaried position, not fee‑for‑service. Additional productivity bonuses may be available.

Responsibilities
Provide quality individual clinical services and case management to assigned clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis needs.
Deliver group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained.
Refer clients to appropriate community services as necessary.
Maintain comprehensive current clinical skills, competencies, licensure, and certification as required; attend internal meetings and trainings as required.
Qualifications
Minimum of Master’s degree required in clinical psychology, education‑counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field.
Minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience required.
LICSW or LMHC licensure is preferred.
