How You’ll Contribute
Assess a patient’s ability to safely and effectively perform occupational skills, and design an appropriate plan of care including type and frequency of treatment.
Implement the treatment plan using suitable modalities.
Document subjective and objective findings of patient progress; monitor and modify the plan of care as needed. Seek consultation when necessary.
Educate the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits.
Plan and/or assist with patient discharge from therapy services and treatment setting, and provide information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs.
Supervise and delegate the care provided by certified occupational therapy assistants and therapy technicians in accordance with licensing laws, state regulations, and practice standards.

What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (required).
License: State licensure for Occupational Therapy.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
