R|O|C Physical Therapy, the leader in outpatient physical therapy for the Greater Phoenix area, is seeking a physical therapist for our San Tan Valley clinic.
Location: 1735 W Hunt Highway, C101, San Tan Valley, AZ 85143.

Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality physical therapy services to patients in accordance with industry standards and R|O|C policies.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring effective rehabilitation outcomes.
Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
Actively participate in case management, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners to enhance and expand client relations.
Qualifications
Graduate from a CAPTE‑accredited school of physical therapy.
