What You’ll Do
As a Clinician in BHN's OTP, you will provide clinical and recovery-focused services as part of a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program supporting individuals working to achieve an opioid-free lifestyle.
You'll guide individuals through their recovery journeys, assess needs, provide individual and group therapy, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, holistic, and person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop treatment plans based on clinical best practices
Support individuals through medication-assisted treatment, including education and engagement
Monitor health, wellness, and daily functioning to support long-term recovery goals
Assist individuals in accessing community resources and building social support networks
Conduct outreach to individuals as needed to support treatment engagement

Hours are Monday – Friday, 5:30am – 1:30pm or 6:00am – 2:00pm
Who You Are
Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field (required)
Licensed – Independent license (LICSW, LMHC) (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment (required)
Minimum 1 year of substance use-specific clinical experience (required)
Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and harm-reduction principles
Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
Pay $62,504 - $78,010
