Position Summary The primary purpose is to assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in a skilled nursing facility setting. All activities must comply with federal, state, and local standards and nursing policies.
Education & Qualifications
Valid registered nurse license in the state of employment.
Current CPR certification.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with electronic health records.
