Essential Functions
Provides evidence‑based outpatient psychotherapy, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution‑Focused Therapy.
Conducts individual, family, and couples therapy sessions.
Performs intake assessments, develops treatment plans, and updates them with measurable, age‑appropriate objectives.
Provides assessment and DSM‑5TR diagnostics for patients referred by medical staff.
Collaborates and co‑manages behavioral health care with medical providers and behavioral health consultants.
Delivers care in‑person and via telehealth as needed.
Maintains accurate clinical records, ensuring treatment and discharge plans align with compliance standards.
Offers crisis triage and intervention as needed.
Maintains regular and predictable attendance in accordance with organizational standards.
Travels to multiple locations during shift and within a reasonable amount of time.
Performs other duties as assigned to support patient care.
Minimum Qualifications
Current licensure in Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Eligibility for credentialing and contracting with all insurers.
Valid CPR Card.
Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred).
Training in Trauma‑Informed Care (preferred).
Experience working within a multidisciplinary, integrated care model (preferred).
