Cape Girardeau is looking for a full‑time or part‑time Dental Hygienist to join our team.
Schedule
Monday‑Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (part‑time only)
Practice Details
Three‑doctor practice utilizing Dentrix
60‑minute recall appointments, 90‑minute new patient appointments
SRP performed at the hygienist's discretion
Bi‑weekly, hourly pay with option to opt into daily pay
Daily + quarterly bonuses available
Equipment: C‑Ara, iTero, Velscope plus CE coverage available
Benefits
Minimum 30 hours per week for full benefits package including UnitedHealthcare PPO, paid holidays, 401(k), dental, vision, wellness benefits, etc.
Part‑time benefits package includes dental, paid holidays, 401(k), wellness benefits, etc.
All positions accrue PTO.

Minimum Qualifications
Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (if required).
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation.
CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays and electronic medical record systems.
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health.
Clinical needs as required by office.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically.
TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (excluding FL & TN).
