About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Care Career to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Spearfish, South Dakota. Labor and Delivery Registered Nurses play an important role for expecting and new mothers, caring for women during labor and postpartum. They provide emotional and physical support for those who experience complications and work with doctors to ensure safe deliveries. Labor and Delivery Room nurses work in hospitals, community health centers, physician offices and adult education centers, providing one‑on‑one education to pregnant women and new mothers to promote health and bonding for both mother and child.
