Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan (5th floor of Corewell Health Blodgett Hospital)
Hours: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
Sign On Bonus: $20,000
Pay: Starting at $38.64 per hour

Responsibilities
Work with physician and preceptor to implement assessment plan, evaluation, and follow‑up of patient care.
Initiate systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients/families.
Interpret assessment data to develop a nursing care plan containing problem identification, nursing diagnosis, orders, interventions, goals and discharge planning.
Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
Ensure all documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
Valid state RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.
Flexibility to schedule to complete orientation program requirements.
