Our Registered Nurses are part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in orthopedic, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative, infection, neurology, and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess needs and implement care using the latest technology and a strong interdisciplinary team.
You will earn a starting wage of $36.00 per hour plus a $15,000 sign‑on bonus.
Starting wages $36.00 per hour
PLUS $10,000 sign‑on bonus
PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition
Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients
Oversee the CNA team including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors
Qualifications
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Michigan (RN)
Current CPR certification (CPR‑BLS)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher
High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and implement effective nursing care
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done
