Job Summary
Our new birth center offers next-generation comfort and technologically equipped care to support growing families with optimized experiences and outcomes. We have modernized our maternity services, including labor and delivery, antepartum, postpartum, and our 24‑bed Level III NICU to create spacious, nurturing environments for the 2,400 deliveries and 500 NICU admissions we handle each year.
Responsibilities
Provide care in 28 private postpartum rooms to enhance patient comfort.
Assist families in 24 private NICU rooms, offering space to bond with their newest arrival.
Operate 3 surgery suites equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technology.
Manage a Pregnancy Care Center with private triage, antepartum, and birthing rooms.
Supervise a children’s play area to soothe anxious families in the waiting room.
Use private spaces to meet and consult with families.

Qualifications
1 year of Labor and Delivery experience.
Valid RN license issued by the state of California.
Certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring.
Knowledge of Fire Safety regulations.
