Base pay range $43.05/hr - $65.40/hr
Cardiac Sonographer I-Cardiology Receives A Sign-On Bonus
Job Objective:
Performs echocardiography studies on all patient populations served in the Cardiology units. Performs transesophageal stress echocardiography as ordered. May be cross-trained in EKG performance and record keeping.
Qualifications Education:
Required: Graduation from an accredited educational program in American Society of Echocardiography (ASE) program or associate’s degree or higher in echocardiography/cardiovascular sonography if hired after March 1, 2023
Licensure/Certification:
Required: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification by the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) within one (1) year of employment; American Heart Association BLS
Experience:
Preferred: Experience in cardiovascular ultrasound setting and structural heart procedures

*Sign-on bonus offered for all full-time positions. Part-time positions will receive a prorated sign-on bonus. First installment of the bonus pays out with the first paycheck, and then the remaining installment pays out at one year of service.
