Responsibilities
Analyze lab work results and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
Educate patients and families on dietary choices and lifestyle modifications.
Lead and influence patients to achieve better health outcomes.

Build meaningful long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.

Requirements
State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located.
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a similar area.
Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed.
Completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% after hire and training.
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, and functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.
