Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Essential Job Responsibilities
Maintain tracking for units of service in the FCA program;
Cultivate a positive, team relationship within the State in assigned area;
Regularly meet with Assistant Director to discuss cases, referrals, and current tracking of units;
Maintain caseloads in line with Bethany standards and remain in communication with the State regarding Bethany’s ability to accept or decline referrals;
Participate in program committees that address service delivery systems and implement the appropriate program developments;
Train staff effectively to ensure efficient operations;
Develop, maintain, and enhance position and professional relationships with referral sources, community agencies, courts, and individuals;
Participate in community forums relevant to primary job responsibilities;
Maintain an awareness of current trends, theories, state licensing regulations, legislation and practices through the review of professional journals and literature, participation in relevant educational forums;
Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Master’s level degree in Human Service, Social Work, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college;
At least one (1) year of experience in a foster care position within a child welfare agency;
At least one (1) year of experience managing others;
Demonstrate excellent assessment, therapeutic and crisis intervention skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Computer and typing skills sufficient to perform essential job functions;
Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving experience to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany. Must also pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate insurance coverage;
Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries;
Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Commitment to Unity.
