Location: East Cooper OBGYN, Mount Pleasant, SC
At East Cooper OBGYN, you’ll work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment alongside experienced radiologists and specialty providers. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality ultrasound imaging while providing compassionate, exceptional care to every patient we serve.
What We’re Looking For Education
High School Diploma or GED required
ARDMS or ARRT registry required
If not currently registered, must be registry-eligible and complete registration within 12 months of hire
Experience
One year of experience in sonography preferred
Licensure / Certification
ARRT (S) or ARDMS certified or board eligible required
ARDMS certification required within the first year of employment
Additional Required Skills
Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in diagnostic rooms
Working knowledge of various types of ultrasound equipment
Ability to adapt to new technologies, situations, and procedures based on patient age and clinical needs
Demonstrated ability to interpret information to identify and meet each patient’s specific care requirements
Basic computer skills
