Pay Range Base pay:
$83,200.00/yr - $87,360.00/yr (RN or LPN). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
About the Facility Beecher Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is an Extended Care affiliated facility staffed by highly skilled clinical and therapy teams. We deliver individualized care and specialized services centered around the unique needs and interests of each resident, ensuring a smoother and safer recovery process.
Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate restorative services using a person‑centered care approach.
Supervise restorative programs within facility policies and procedures.
Conduct restorative assessments to determine program needs.
Complete MDS assessments relating to restorative care.
Create restorative plans of care for residents.
Coordinate schedules and restorative programs with therapists.
Educate and communicate the restorative program with the nursing team.
Oversee and schedule restorative programs based on resident needs.
Review fall assessments, reports, interventions, and care planning.
Review bowel and bladder assessments and interventions and care planning.
Qualifications
Completion of a recognized Restorative Nursing Program or willingness to complete one.
Current nursing license (RN or LPN) per state requirements.
At least two (2) years of previous nursing experience.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
