Unit Manager (RN/LPN)

Location: Roswell, GA (Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center)
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to join our team at Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, located in the heart of historic downtown Roswell, Georgia. As a key member of the management team, you will oversee the daily operations of our sub‑acute, skilled nursing, and long‑term care units, providing exceptional care to our patients and residents.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate: Manage a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective communication among staff.
Assess and plan: Conduct regular assessments of patients and residents, develop individualized care plans, and implement and evaluate treatment programs.
Monitor and evaluate: Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
Provide leadership: Offer guidance, support, and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Maintain compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor or equivalent degree in Nursing (RN or LPN) from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Unit Manager or similar role, preferably in long‑term care or rehabilitation.
Licensure: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN) in Georgia.
