Position Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) – Hematology/Oncology Clinic
Employment Type: Contract
Location: Brewster, NY 10509
Schedule: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday–Friday (5 days per week)
Rate: Starting at $40.00/hourly
Responsibilities
Provide clinical support, patient care, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.
Answer and triage incoming phone calls to address patient needs and concerns.
Maintain and manage in-basket messages for timely communication and follow-up.
Administer injections as ordered by providers.
Schedule and book patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
Document all patient interactions and procedures in compliance with clinic standards.
Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations.
Required Qualifications
Active RN Licensure in New York State
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided if needed)
Seniority Level Entry level
