Cath Lab Tech – Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital
Location: Athens, GA. Salary: $2,582 – $2,630 per week (travel).
Responsibilities
Assist the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac procedures.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab equipment and its maintenance.
Administer direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures.
Provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: RCIS program graduate or graduate of a nursing, respiratory, paramedic, imaging, or exercise physiology program.
Minimum Experience: 1‑year experience in Healthcare Imaging, Exercise Physiology, Paramedic, Respiratory, or RN. No experience required if a graduate of an RCIS program.
Minimum Licensure/Certification: Applicable license required based on healthcare experience. If a graduate of an RCIS program, no license is required, but RCIS certification must be obtained within 24 months of hire.
Additional qualifications: BCLS and ACLS required.
