Pay range $20.57 – $25.81 per hour.
Job Overview As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will assist professional nursing staff by providing direct patient care and support services in a long‑term care facility.
Responsibilities
Assist with patient care as directed by nursing staff and patient care plans.
Provide bedside carry‑over for all patient assignments and respond to call lights promptly.
Respect patient and family needs, offering a comfortable, culturally sensitive environment.
Perform unit duties such as restocking supplies, replacing suction bottles, maintaining order, and assisting with laundry.
Answer telephone calls and relay messages as needed.
Perform all duties with a customer‑service focus.
Qualifications (Required)
Current Certified Long‑Term Care Facility Nursing Assistant certification.
Placement on NJ Nurse Aide Registry.
AHA BLS Certification.
Basic computer skills.
Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others.
Experience of at least 6 months.
Preferred
Additional certifications or experience not listed above.
Other Duties
Assisting with laundry requests.
Other duties as assigned.
