Responsibilities As a
Full Time
Director of Rehab (Program Manager) , you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.
Qualifications
Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PT or PTA) Hold a valid state license. At least 1 year of previous managerial experience required in LTC/SNF setting At least 2 years of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience Proficient in Nethealth (position will require treating and administrative functions)
