Shift Day shift; Varied hours must be flexible to work all shifts: 7:30am - 4:00pm, 7:45am - 4:15pm, 8:00am - 4:30pm and 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location OBGYN – Wareham, MA

Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.
Responsibilities
Position reports to the Practice Manager/Administrator or designee.
Check‑in and check‑out patients at assigned practice(s).
Perform various operational support functions including scheduling patient visits, tests, and surgical procedures.
Greet patients, answer and direct telephone calls.
Perform various clerical and administrative functions.
May cover different offices as needed or directed.
Qualifications
Completion of 4 years of high school is required.
Good computer and typing skills are required.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment are required.
One year of medical office practice experience or graduation from a medical secretary program or the equivalent is preferred.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID‑19 virus or be exempt with a signed statement of exemption.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range USD $17.86 - USD $28.76 /Hr.
