Direct Support Professional – Residential Program (30‑hour part‑time)
Location: Argyle, NY. Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 1:30‑10:00 p.m., Sunday 9:00‑10:00 p.m. This part‑time role is 30 hours per week.
Pay: $20.00/hour + differentials. DSPs provide care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including helping with daily routines (getting ready, cooking, cleaning, administering medications, and community activities). Support may also involve personal care such as toileting, lifting/transferring, and medical needs (g‑tube care).
Qualifications
18 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
No experience necessary
