We’re currently looking for an experienced, client-focused

Wellness Concierge

to join our growing team across both our

Greenwich Med Spa

and

Stamford flagship location

. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a forward-facing environment, loves skincare and aesthetics, brings strong sales acumen, and is passionate about delivering an elevated, white-glove client experience.

As the Attune Med Spa wellness concierge, you will monitor the clinic reception area, and oversee the client’s experience through all steps of their treatment journey. Our wellness concierges practice with integrity, significance, passion, and authenticity, with every facet of their work. We immerse our concierges in the world of medical aesthetics paired with integrative wellness, to facilitate ongoing training and development, and create a space for you to grow with Attune. To be successful in this role, you must be inherently passionate about hospitality & treating clients like family, to ensure all customers are given the ultimate Attune experience to feel and look their best. Our ideal candidate is able to smoothly run spa business operations and understands how to grow store revenue through client retention.

Minimum

1+ year

working in a reception or front desk hospitality role, preferably within a

med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury service environment

Forward-facing sales enthusiast

with a genuine passion for

skincare, aesthetics, and wellness

Strong

sales acumen

with a proven ability to educate clients, recommend services/products, and drive retail, membership, and rebooking goals

Highly

customer-service oriented

, with a polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor

Experience utilizing client appointment booking systems and POS checkout systems;

hands‑on experience with Zenoti strongly preferred

Experience with retail sales, client education, and upselling—ideally within

beauty and skincare

Ability to meet U.S. employment eligibility and work requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent the

Attune values and culture

at all times while maintaining deep knowledge of all clinic services, technologies, skincare products, pricing, and policies; confidently communicate this information to clients, team members, and stakeholders

Serve as a

front‑facing brand ambassador

, delivering a warm, elevated, and sales‑savvy client experience from check‑in to check‑out

Exhibit strong computer and technical proficiency, including

Zenoti

(preferred) for scheduling, client profiles, memberships, POS transactions, and reporting; support daily revenue balancing, client billing, and invoice correspondence

Maintain meticulous, confidential, and accurate client records in compliance with

HIPAA and privacy regulations

Support retail and treatment inventory management, system updates, and data accuracy for client information storage and security

Effectively multitask and prioritize administrative responsibilities alongside direct client interactions without compromising service quality or sales opportunities

Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially during client engagement, consultations, conflict resolution, and follow‑up

Consistently uphold punctuality, accountability, and reliability, while accommodating unique client needs whenever possible

Oversee daily front desk operations, including client scheduling, check‑outs, and reception flow, ensuring a clean, polished, and welcoming environment

Collaborate cross‑functionally with providers, FOH, and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal business flow

Address client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and proactive problem‑solving; partner with management on prevention strategies to enhance the overall client experience

Build strong client relationships through personalized service, hospitality, and loyalty‑building techniques—anticipating needs and creating memorable experiences

Actively support spa marketing initiatives, community engagement, and client retention efforts by sharing insights and recommendations

Stay current on skincare trends, spa services, and industry best practices to continually elevate service and sales performance

Consistently meet or exceed goals related to

client satisfaction, retail sales, membership acquisition/renewals, and rebooking

Assist leadership with process improvements and support onboarding and training of new team members as needed
