We are actively hiring

Entry-Level Community Outreach Associates

to support high-impact

nonprofit and charitable organizations

through

in-person outreach, grassroots campaigns, and community engagement initiatives . This role is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful social impact while building a long-term career in

nonprofit outreach, fundraising, advocacy, and community relations .

No prior experience is required. We provide

paid training, hands-on mentorship, and continuous professional development

starting on your first day.

Position Overview As a

Community Outreach Associate , you will represent established nonprofit partners at community events and public venues. Through direct, face-to-face engagement, you’ll educate the public, share powerful impact stories, and inspire support for important causes. This position offers real-world experience, growth opportunities, and a clear path into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a

brand ambassador

for nonprofit partners at outreach events and community locations

Engage community members through

face-to-face conversations

to raise awareness and generate support

Present nonprofit missions, programs, and impact stories in a clear and compelling manner

Collaborate with outreach teams to meet

daily engagement and fundraising goals

Assist with

event setup, breakdown, and maintenance

of branded outreach materials

Document interactions and collect community insights to improve outreach strategies

Participate in ongoing training focused on

communication skills, leadership development, and advocacy

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)

Must be at least 18 years old

Authorized to work in the United States

No prior outreach, fundraising, or nonprofit experience required
