Creative Clicks scales digital products and performance-driven businesses across mobile, lead generation, lifestyle, and enterprise. We are now expanding our commercial team with a Senior Business Development Manager who will drive revenue growth, open new markets, and build high-value partnerships across our mobile performance and enterprise verticals.
This is a high-impact role for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable owning the full commercial cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Growth and Revenue Enablement
Drive revenue growth by identifying, activating, and closing new commercial opportunities. Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support company-wide growth objectives. Build scalable and repeatable commercial frameworks that support long-term business expansion. New Business Development
Own the full acquisition cycle for new advertisers: prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing. Build and manage a strong advertiser pipeline across mobile performance, CPI/CPA, enterprise, and high-value verticals. Establish senior-level relationships with key prospects and industry decision-makers. Execute commercial initiatives that expand market reach and increase revenue. Market Expansion
Identify and prioritize high-potential markets, verticals, and segments based on data and industry insights. Represent Creative Clicks at industry conferences and events to increase visibility and generate opportunities. Conduct competitive research to inform strategy and positioning. Customer Growth and Retention
Maintain strong relationships with existing advertisers to support performance, satisfaction, and long-term retention. Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives within key accounts to grow customer lifetime value. Partner with Customer Success to reduce churn and improve account outcomes. Strategic Partnership Development
Identify and develop partnerships that support commercial objectives, including networks, platforms, technology partners, and publishers. Collaborate with global teams to share pipeline insights, coordinate international opportunities, and scale partnership models across regions.
