About the Role Safetrust is redefining trusted identity and access through intelligent sensing, identity management, and secure automation. As the Product Manager for Neural Services, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and market success of applications and services built on the Safetrust Neural Line of Sensors.

This role requires strong expertise in RTSP, VMS integrations, live video workflows, and sensor-driven intelligence, bridging hardware capabilities with digital services that transform how identity, presence, and access data are captured, visualized, and utilized. You will partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, privacy, and customer success to deliver solutions that are technically robust, privacy-forward, and scalable.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy, vision, and positioning for Neural Apps and Services, with emphasis on live video, RTSP streaming, VMS interoperability, and sensor-to-cloud intelligence.

Own the multi-phase roadmap across:

Neural Apps such as Tailgate Management and RTSP-based video services

Next-generation Tailgate Management enhancements

Badgeless Identity initiatives

Integration of Neural Apps into the Safetrust App Store

Translate company objectives and market opportunities into actionable product strategies.

Use Case Definition & Market Validation

Conduct discovery through customer interviews, market analysis, and real-world data insights.

Define and validate use cases including event monitoring, notifications, occupancy insights, video-driven anomaly detection, and identity orchestration.

Develop pricing models and service tiers to support adoption and recurring revenue goals.

Product Design & Requirements

Own end-to-end product requirements across video processing flows, RTSP streaming performance, and app-level functionality.

Drive feature prioritization and release scoping.

Oversee UX prototypes and Credential Management wireframes.

Define data models with sensitivity classification and ensure alignment across Engineering, UX, and Support.

Privacy, Security & Data Governance

Identify risks related to Neural data, including video, identity, and sensor analytics.

Partner with legal, compliance, and data teams to embed privacy-by-design principles.

Ensure all Neural apps comply with Safetrust’s internal governance frameworks and external regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Go-to-Market & Enablement

Create training and enablement programs for internal teams and partners.

Produce collateral and hands-on modules that explain Neural use cases, APIs, and analytics capabilities.

Represent Neural Services at industry events, trade shows, webinars, and customer briefings.

Stakeholder Alignment & Program Management

Coordinate cross-functional teams across the full product lifecycle—concept, prototype, validation, release, and iteration.

Maintain communication with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure transparency and alignment.

Track adoption, engagement, and service health metrics (without referencing specific KPIs or dates).

Qualifications Required

7+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role.

Background in security technology, physical access control, or occupancy analytics.

Proven success managing IoT, sensor-driven, video-centric, or edge AI products.

Strong understanding of RTSP, VMS systems, facial recognition, identity management, and privacy-sensitive architectures.

Experience leading multi-phase product programs with strong business and technical impact.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive and technical audiences.

Ability to translate customer needs and business requirements into technical execution.

Preferred

Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud analytics, or smart building technologies.

Familiarity with privacy frameworks, federated identity, and machine-learning–driven event processing.

Background in security technology, physical access control, or occupancy analytics.
