Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist
Location: Framingham, MA (Hybrid – Local candidates only – onsite requirement 1-2x monthly)
Contract Duration: 3-month assignment with potential to extend up to 6 months
Start Date: Targeting June 23, 2025
Pay Range: $21.25 to $27.10 per hour
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (36.25-hour workweek)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support high-volume hourly hiring initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between candidates, recruiters, and HR partners at distribution center locations, ensuring a seamless hiring experience. You will be responsible for candidate communications, interview coordination, offer letter generation, and pre-employment processes, all while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely and professional communication
Support multiple recruiters and distribution center HR teams across high-volume hiring efforts
Schedule and coordinate onsite and virtual interviews
Draft and send offer letters and initiate background checks
Collaborate with internal teams (HR Compliance, Payroll, HR Xpress) to ensure complete and accurate new hire documentation
Track applicant flow and manage candidate transactions in the ATS
Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets, preparing new hires for onboarding
Proactively manage a pipeline of 100+ candidates per week during peak hiring periods
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities with the ability to adapt style to different audiences
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Reliable internet/Wi-Fi connection for remote work
Must be commutable to Framingham, MA for occasional onsite work
Flexibility to support extended hours or weekend work during peak hiring periods
Additional Details:
Core work hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Any hours worked beyond this must be pre-approved by your supervisor
Initial 4-week training period will be provided
Flexibility is required to meet evolving business needs during high-volume periods
