Receptionist/Administrator

We are seeking a high-level, experienced Receptionist/Administrator to serve as the front-facing and administrative backbone of a busy plumbing and heating company. This role requires strong organizational skills, experience in accounting support, and polished customer communication skills.
Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department
Handle billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes
Maintain accurate financial and customer records
Support basic accounting functions, including data entry and reconciliations
Provide professional, efficient customer service to clients and vendors
Assist with general office administration and daily operational support
Requirements
Prior experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or similar role
Experience with billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable
QuickBooks experience preferred
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Managerial mindset with the ability to take ownership and prioritize tasks
