This position reports to the Associate Director of Student Success and Retention, works closely with recruitment and retention team leadership, marketing managers, Salesforce administrators, and LSU departments and staff. The position must be able to establish goals, manage team metrics and expectations through Salesforce reports and dashboards, and is accountable for ensuring individual team performance is being met term over term.**Job Responsibilities:**Manage a team of Student Success Coaches and Team Leads. In coordination with the Director, will set performance goals, benchmarks, and expectations for the team. Manager will ensure high team performance, provides support and resources to help meet enrollment and retention goals, and works to resolves issues or concerns that may arise within the team. Utilizes technology to track team metrics and goals to report back to the Director. 60%Conducts team meetings, identifies process bottlenecks to improve procedures and workflows, acts as a liaison between retention team and various areas of Online and Continuing Education to maintain appropriate procedures and to ensure the team receives up-to-date information.15%Responsible for providing training in processes and systems such as our CRM, SIS, and other systems used by the team. Works with OCE Trainer to update and maintain training for new hires. Provides continuous coaching and professional development opportunities for the retention team as well as participating in their own professional development growth.10%Works in collaboration with Online and Continuing Education's IT team to help improve and build out a successful technology infrastructure. 10%Other duties may be assigned. 5%**Minimum Qualifications:**Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experienceSpecific Experience:Recruitment, student retention, or higher education. Minimum of 2-3 years on a recruitment and/or retention team.**Preferred Qualifications:**Master's degreeSpecific Experience: Lead or management experience working with teams.*Degree Substitute: LSU values skills, experience, and expertise.
