The Opportunity. We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead and elevate our hiring strategy as we continue to scale a national, purpose-driven healthcare real estate platform. This is a highly visible role for a seasoned recruiting professional who thrives on momentum, relationships, and execution—and who values being close to the business and its people.

This role is ideal for someone who combines professionalism and momentum with a positive, thoughtful approach and strong credibility with senior leaders. You are a natural connector, an exceptional communicator, and someone who takes pride in delivering a first-class candidate experience from first touch to close.

How you’ll contribute

Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for a diverse portfolio of roles, ranging from entry-level positions to senior and leadership hires across multiple service lines.

Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to hiring managers, guiding them through the recruiting process by clarifying business needs, role priorities, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.

Develop and execute thoughtful recruiting strategies that balance efficiency, urgency, and quality while remaining aligned with business objectives.

Proactively identify and engage top talent, leveraging creative sourcing techniques, targeted outreach, and relationship-driven approaches to uncover candidates beyond traditional channels.

Maintain strong momentum across all active searches, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously without compromising attention to detail or candidate experience.

Provide guidance on role scoping, leveling, and interview approach to promote consistency, equity, and strong hiring outcomes.

Act as a brand ambassador for Anchor, representing and effectively communicating our culture, values, and purpose with professionalism, authenticity, and positivity.

Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience by communicating clearly, setting expectations, and ensuring a professional and engaging process from initial outreach through offer and close.

Cultivate and maintain strong talent pipelines through ongoing networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to support both current and future hiring needs.

Build trusted relationships by being known for follow‑through, responsiveness, and clear, thoughtful communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Maintain organized and effective recruiting systems, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates, documentation, and hiring activity.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and practices to enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall quality across the recruiting process.

What you bring

A strong preference for working in an in-office environment and being present in the day-to-day rhythm of the business.

Brings a sense of urgency; moves quickly and partners with hiring team to ensure effective communication updates.

Polished, positive, and professional; represents the company well internally and externally.

A natural connector with strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.

5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, ideally including in‑house corporate recruiting.

Preferred experience managing national searches across multiple U.S. time zones.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

Demonstrated success recruiting professional and leadership‑level roles.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust.

Clear, confident communicator—both written and verbal.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.

Experience using applicant tracking systems and data‑informed recruiting practices.
