Sales and Account Manager(100%) Be the face of innovation in the global energy sector

Based in Houston - we are looking for a motivated and technically aware Sales and Account Manager to help grow our customer base and strengthen existing relationships. this role will report to Sales Management and play a key part in driving commercial success while supporting quoting, customer engagement and marketing activities. The position offers a dynamic mix of remote flexibility and travel for customer site visits, trade shows and team collaboration.

What you will do

Manage and grow relationships with existing customers

Identify and develop new business opportunities and target accounts

Prepare, issue, and follow up on customer quotes in collaboration with technical teams

Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, provide solutions, and maintain trust

Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements

Maintain and update sales forecasts and quote pipelines

Support marketing by sharing market insights and participating in promotional efforts

Assist in developing case studies, presentations, and technical sales content

Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows

Provide ongoing feedback to improve products, services and customer satisfaction

What makes you the ideal fit

8+ years of sales or account management experience in a technical or industrial setting

Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Rotating Equipment industry is a plus

Existing network or strong relationships in the industrial sector is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial, but not required

Comfortable with both commercial discussions and technical sales support

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational abilities

Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset

Able to travel for customer visits, trade shows, and site meetings

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
