ABOUT THE JOB As a Senior Salesforce Consultant at Nextview, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions for our customers. You will focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, while continuously expanding your expertise across the wider Salesforce ecosystem.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, advise them on best practices, translate requirements into scalable designs, and lead implementations that bring measurable value.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong consulting skills with hands‑on Salesforce experience and enjoys working in a collaborative, customer‑centric environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Advise customers on Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and digital transformation opportunities.

Facilitate workshops to gather and challenge business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and implementation designs.

Configure Salesforce solutions with a focus on:

Sales Cloud:

Opportunity & pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, dashboards, account & contact management, etc.

Service Cloud:

Service Console, Omni‑Channel, Phone integrations, entitlements, knowledge management, case processes, etc.

Experience Cloud:

Communities, portals, access models, Lightning configuration.

Customer 360 Platform:

Custom Objects, Flow automations, Lightning Pages, permission models.

Manage and support multiple customer projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery and customer success.

Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and developers to design robust end‑to‑end solutions.

Build long‑term relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor.

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and the continuous improvement of our consulting practice.

ABOUT YOU Please note:

We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team for a full‑time position. Please note that, due to legal and operational constraints, we can only consider applicants who possess

valid and relevant work permits that allow full‑time employment in Germany.

This requirement is essential for the successful execution of the role and compliance with local regulations. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this prerequisite.

Fluent German (C1+) and strong English

communication skills -

this is essential.

Strong listening, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

with the ability to deeply understand customer needs.

Ability to translate business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions

and challenge stakeholders where needed.

Experience managing multiple projects

or workstreams simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal skills

- able to collaborate effectively with both customers and internal teams.

Confident presentation skills

and strong customer‑facing communication.

University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of experience working with Salesforce (preferably in consulting)

Proven experience designing and configuring Salesforce solutions

in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Relevant Salesforce certifications, ideally including:

Salesforce Administrator

Sales Cloud Consultant

Service Cloud Consultant

Nice to have:

Experience or interest in related Salesforce products such as Salesforce Revenue Cloud, B2B Commerce, Data Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud and/or Agentforce 360
