The Sales Associate is directly responsible for helping guests achieve their lifestyle goals with exceptional guest service, marketing through social media, and attending community events. The Recovery Specialist will also be responsible for continuing education of our products and services and for working as a team with other employees while maintaining safety protocols within the center. The Sales Associate Team Member should be action‑oriented, customer‑service‑driven, ambitious, culturally fit, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed, and goal‑oriented. This person will work with the Center Manager and their team to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and complete daily tasks. Responsibilities
Assist guests in achieving their lifestyle goals with exceptional guest service. Market services through social media and attend community events. Maintain ongoing education of products and services. Work as a team with other employees while maintaining safety protocols. Identify and solve problems, set expectations, and complete daily tasks with minimal supervision. Qualifications
Passionate about health and wellness. Ability to work a minimum of 15–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including nights. Ability to comprehend and pass iCRYO-designed service exams following initial training. Good time‑management skills, judgment, and the ability to multitask. Exceptional guest‑experience skills and ability to resolve guest issues. Ability to educate guests on services in a competent, efficient, and professional manner. Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements, including sales goals. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Maintain a clean environment and uphold company standards.
