Responsibilities include:

Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products Providing excellent customer service and maintaining retention Qualifications:

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Computer experience and good organizational skills Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business Sales experience highly preferred High School Diploma required; College Degree a plus Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License Strong sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals Prior insurance industry experience is a plus but not required Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $24.04. After completing the training program, full-time Sales Agents who meet sales goals earn on average between $86,200 and $105,300 annually. Uncapped commissions are available when exceeding sales goals. Remarkable benefits:
