As Sales Executive, you are the driving force behind Classic Driver’s revenue growth in the North American market. You will identify, engage, and close high-value partnerships with classic car dealers, event organizers, and content creators, while delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships. Your responsibilities include: Sales & Business Development

Proactively identifying and prospecting new clients in the classic and collector car industry, including dealerships, auction houses, private sellers, and event organizers across the United States. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Presenting and selling Classic Driver’s comprehensive suite of products and services, including: Dealer Packages: Marketplace memberships, homepage features, market sliders, top listings, daily market flash promotions, dealer spotlights, and website banner campaigns. Video Content: Social media reels, editorial packages, and full feature films showcasing exceptional cars, collections, and businesses. Social Media Features: Sponsored Instagram posts, stories, reels, Facebook promotions, and performance marketing campaigns. Event Features: Preview, live coverage, and review packages for concours, rallies, and private automotive events. Conducting compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations via video calls, phone, and in-person meetings. Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction. Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and onboarding. Client Relationship Management

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and coordinating with internal teams (editorial, social media, production) to ensure seamless delivery of services. Understanding client needs, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions that deliver measurable value and ROI. Providing exceptional customer service and proactive communication to exceed client expectations. Gathering client feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvements. Staying informed about trends, events, and developments in the classic and collector car market, particularly in North America. Monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning. Identifying new market opportunities, emerging client segments, and partnership possibilities. Attending key industry events, concours, auctions, and rallies to network, generate leads, and represent Classic Driver. Collaborating with the Head of Sales and Editor-in-Chief to refine sales strategies, messaging, and product offerings. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead generation, conversion rates, deal size, and revenue growth. Contributing to the development of sales materials, proposals, presentations, and rate cards. Ensuring compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual obligations. Skills & Qualifications

As the ideal candidate, you bring: A deep passion for classic and collector cars and a strong understanding of the automotive culture, industry, and community. Proven B2B sales experience (3+ years preferred) with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience selling digital media, advertising, content marketing, or marketplace services — ideally within the automotive, luxury, or lifestyle sectors. Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you can articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Strong negotiation and closing skills — you know how to navigate complex sales cycles and secure commitments. Relationship-building expertise — you excel at developing trust, rapport, and long-term partnerships with clients. Self-motivated and results-driven — you take ownership of your targets and proactively pursue opportunities. Highly organized with excellent time management — you can manage multiple prospects, proposals, and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) and digital sales tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.). Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and an understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance. Willingness to travel within the United States to attend events, meet clients, and represent Classic Driver at industry gatherings. Entrepreneurial mindset — you are comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying closely connected to the team. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
