**Job Description**We’re looking for an experienced **Product Owner** **and Technical Product Manager** to join our growing **Digital Platforms** team (Global eCommerce Platforms) and play a critical role in shaping the future of our **enterprise commerce capabilities and digital customer experience.** This person will be a key driver in our digital commerce evolution, helping us to optimize and **scale SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2)** to deliver robust, enterprise-grade ecommerce experiences across global markets.As Product Owner, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for SAP Commerce Cloud — from **platform architecture to feature enablement** — ensuring high performance, stability, and scalability in support of business and customer needs. You will operate at the intersection of commerce, technology, and digital experience, bringing strategic and technical leadership to a core commerce platform that powers omnichannel transactions and personalized shopping journeys.**Key Responsibilities*** **Platform Ownership:** Own and evolve SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2), managing platform capabilities, performance, and integration touchpoints to support business growth and digital commerce excellence.* **Product Strategy and Vision:** Define and drive a product roadmap for SAP Commerce Cloud aligned to business goals, technical evolution, and customer experience improvements — enabling faster time-to-market, advanced merchandising, and scalable commerce operations.* **Customer-Centric Innovation:** Act as the voice of the customer, using research and data insights to guide prioritization and solutioning.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with internal stakeholders across Product Management, Marketing, Analytics, IT, UX, Creative and Engineering to deliver cohesive platform experiences.* **Backlog Management:** Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating strategic objectives into actionable user stories and technical requirements.* **Performance & Optimization:** Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and implement continuous improvements for usability, personalization, and engagement.* **Change Agent:** Champion adoption of digital tools and capabilities across teams, and support change management efforts with clear communication and strategic enablement.* **Emerging Tech & AI Integration:** Collaborate with architecture and data teams to explore personalization engines, intelligent search, and AI-powered product recommendations that enhance the commerce experience.* **Team Management:** Demonstrate outstanding management and leadership skills and ability to attract, retain, motivate, develop, mentor and coach team members for high performance. Establish key operational objectives and delegate assignments to staff.* **Vendor Management:** Collaborate with SAP, SI partners, and third-party vendors to manage licensing, roadmap alignment, and technical escalations. Contribute to budget planning and platform investment decisions.**Qualifications Required:*** **10+ years of experience** **as a Product Owner or Product Manager** in digital marketing, eCommerce, enterprise platforms or digital transformation environments.* **10+years of experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)**, including architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement in a global environment.* Proven track record of **owning core commerce platform capabilities**, including catalogue management, pricing, order orchestration, and customer self-service.* Strong understanding of **omnichannel commerce models**, MarTech ecosystems, customer engagement best practices with **hands-on experience** in configuring and scaling enterprise commerce systems.* Excellent communication and **stakeholder management skills**, with the ability to **translate complex requirements** into business value. Provide executive-level updates on production metrics, new features, and financial forecasting.* Lead and **develop virtual teams**.* Expert **independent decision making**, analysis and problem-solving skills. Operate with substantial latitude for independent action or decision.* Plan and **manage complex and successful projects**; understand available resources, develop timeline, budget and assign areas of responsibility.* Skilled in backlog management, sprint planning, and **agile delivery** using tools like Jira and Confluence.**Preferred:*** Experience working in **highly matrixed**, enterprise organizations.* Familiarity with integrations into **SAP S/4HANA**, **Customer Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud**, or other components of the SAP ecosystem.* Exposure to **personalization platforms** (e.g., SAP Emarsys, Dynamic Yield), **intelligent search** (e.g.,SOLR, Algolia, Coveo), and A/B testing tools.* Exposure to or interest in **AI-driven marketing technologies**, ecommerce engines, or customer engagement platforms.* Strong analytical skills with **experience in performance measurement** and platform optimization.* Passion for creating **scalable**, **resilient**, and **customer-centric** digital experiences.Henry Schein is committed to the principle of equal opportunities in employment in all spheres of its operation.
