We are seeking a
full‑time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to join our collaborative and compassionate team at the
Riverbend Medical Pavilion Primary Care Clinic
in
Springfield, Oregon . This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive care in a supportive, multi‑specialty environment.
About the Role
Provide primary care services for patients of all ages in a team‑based setting.
Work closely with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and integrated care team members.
Enjoy access to on‑site resources including lab, X‑ray, social work, care management RN, and behavioral health support.
Compensation & Benefits
First Year Salary Guarantee: $130,000.00 (based on 1.0 FTE)

Requirements
Required:
Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (AANC) or Physician Assistant Board Certification (NCCPA)
Required:
Oregon ARNP or PA license (or ability to obtain during credentialing)
Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required within 30 days of hire
