Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Adobe Architect to define, design, and execute enterprise-level architecture for Adobe Marketo Engage and Adobe Workfront. This role requires deep technical expertise to create seamless integrations, ensure operational excellence, and translate complex business strategies into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities Integrated Platform Architecture Design multi-platform architectures linking Marketing Automation (MAP) with Work Management (WM) systems. Create “North Star” blueprints ensuring automated campaign creation in Marketo from Workfront project intake. Technical Governance & Standards
Establish global governance frameworks and playbooks for instance syncs, workspace partitions, and object sharing rules. Ensure compliance with GDPR/CCPA and enterprise security standards. Architect bidirectional syncs between Marketo, Workfront, and Salesforce using middleware (MuleSoft, Workato, Fusion) and APIs. Lead enterprise-scale integrations involving complex data mapping and high-volume API throughput. Workflow & Process Optimization
Design automated workflows for content supply chains, enabling seamless handoffs between Workfront and Marketo. Performance & Scalability Optimization
Optimize high-concurrency systems and troubleshoot sync issues. Conduct system audits to reduce technical debt and improve API performance. Technical Leadership & Mentorship
Lead matrixed teams and mentor senior admins into architects. Chair Architectural Review Boards (ARB) for code and configuration governance. Strategic Roadmapping
Present multi-year MarTech maturity roadmaps to executive leadership. Recommend ROI-driven adoption of new modules and sunsetting legacy systems. Required Qualifications
Experience: 15–17 years overall; 12+ years in multi-platform architecture; 6+ years linking MAP and WM systems. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Technical Expertise:
Adobe Marketo Engage: Lead Scoring, RCA, Velocity Scripting. Adobe Workfront: Fusion, Enhanced Analytics, Resource Management. Certifications:
Adobe Certified Master – Marketo Engage Architect (Required). Adobe Workfront Certified Professional/Expert (Required).
