Store Manager Experience.

Demonstrated success in high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments, with the ability to set strategic direction, champion store culture, drive store results, and execute business plans to achieve targets. Visionary Leadership Skills & Business Acumen.

Strong ability to recruit, inspire, and develop top talent, fostering an energetic, collaborative atmosphere that delivers results. Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

Location.

On-site at 2235 Village Walk Dr. Suite 163, Henderson, NV 89052, United States (US). Availability.

Availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, and work in a fragrance-filled environment. Ability to apply products to clients, with or without accommodation. What You’ll Get

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,100.00 - $88,540.00. The actual base salary offered depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, location, and other legitimate business factors. Individuals in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days. Caring Community.
